Signing Up with GreenPath Transcripts is Easy
If you're a first-time client, follow these steps to get started!
1.) Fill out our contact form below, send us an e-mail (info@digitaltranscriptionservice.com), or phone us (1-508-784-1789). In a sense this is the only step you need to take: once we have your contact information (especially your e-mail address), we'll get in touch with you and let you know where to go from here. If you want to upload your audio right away, just scroll down to learn how to do that!
If you have special instructions for your project, send them in your message. If not, we can send you a questionnaire to better understand your transcription needs.
2.) Send us your audio. There are several options. With options 2 and 3 you can upload your audio right now. With option 1 you just need to wait a little while for us to email you a link for uploading your audio (which we will do shortly after you've filled out the contact form, e-mailed us, or called us).
1.) We have our own secure, encrypted FTP server with iBackup.
After you've contacted us we'll create a folder for you and send
you simple directions for uploading all your files.
Instructions: If you've filled out our contact form, e-mailed us,
or phoned us, very shortly you should receive an e-mail with a
link and simple instructions for uploading your audio.
2.) Transfer Big Files is another simple option for sending us
your files. You can upload multiple files at a time up to 1 Gigabyte.
Instructions: Go to Transfer Big Files website. Step one, click
"Browse..." and select the file on your computer you want to send.
Step two, enter the e-mail address sendfilesnow@gmail.com as
the recipient. Then check the box certifying that you own the rights
to the files, and click "Send It!" Voila.
3.) YouSendIt is another option for sending us files under 100 MB.
Instructions: When you go to the website you'll see "Send a file
now" on the right side of the screen. In the "To:" field, enter
sendfilesnow@gmail.com. In the "From:" field, enter your e-mail
address. Optionally send us a subject (e.g. psychology interview)
and a message for us. If possible include a phone number at which
we may get in touch with you. Then click "Browse..." to find the file
on your computer, and once you've found it, click the green "SEND
IT" button. That's all there is to it. Again, with this service, your file
must be smaller than 100 MB, and you can only upload one file at a
time.

4.) If the file(s) you want to send us is already online, simple!
Instructions: Just send us (again via email or our contact form) a link
to the file(s) so we can download.
3.) We'll send you a price quote for your audio and send you instructions for payment. We use PayPal as our primary method of payment (checks and money orders are also acceptable in some cases). Whether or not you have a PayPal account, you can pay through PayPal with a credit card right from our website. New clients are required to pay before we begin working on your transcript.
