We charge per minute of audio, not per line or word or hour of work or some multiple of the number of hairs on your head, so you always know what your transcription project is going to cost you. Some transcription companies will want to charge even for those parts of your audio where there is a gap of dead silence, but at Greenpath, our policy is that if you can tell us approximately where these gaps occur and how long they are (so we don't have to sit and listen through the gaps), you will not be charged.
Depending on the nature of your particular audio, we may be able to arrange for you to pay per line or per word. We're flexible!
We generally ask new clients to pay upfront, and returning clients to pay 50% upfront and the remaining balance upon receiving the transcript. In some cases (as with universities and some businesses) we can invoice upon delivery of transcripts.
After you sign up and receive a quote for your transcript, you can easily pay via PayPal or credit card.
